MARCUS MARTINS - RESTAURANT MANAGER
Grew up in Brazil and then left after 16 years and moved to Boston, Massachusets to finish school at Revere High in 2001. I have one younger sister still living in Brazil and an older brother living in Florida.
Away from the restaurant I enjoy spending time with my wife Dawn whom I have been married to for a year now. Dawn and I enjoy going out as well as going for drinks with friends every once in awhile. We have a 3 year old Boxer named “Sweetie” that we consider a very important member of our family requiring a lot of attention. We also like making time for exercise and working out as much as we can.
I worked in the marketing and sales area for four years before getting involved with the food industry where I have gained extensive experience from the ground up. The beginning of my career in the food industry included working for a family business in downtown Boston, Massachusetts for about 3 and a half years before moving to Oklahoma in March of 2007 and shortly soon after started my employment with Café do Brasil. As a server and going forward from that point, I learned all the basics and was able to learn just about every aspect of the restaurant from serving to hosting and even being an expo and helping in the kitchen as well as making myself useful in any area that Ana needed me. During my tenure that I have been with Ana and Café do Brasil I have been able to really gain a wealth of knowledge and at the same time have also made myself an asset that I hope will continue to flourish in the future.
My goals going forward as a Manager for Café do Brasil is to provide the customers with a genuine taste of the Brazilian culture through an up-scale culinary experience. I already have a very good grasp of the Brazilian culture and also fluent in the Portuguese language as well as the cuisine and through this knowledge I plan to maintain the restaurant’s consistency in quality and service that it has established and is known for.

WILLIAM "WILL" KENNEDY - RESTAURANT MANAGER
I was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma along with an older sister, Karly, and both our families and ourselves are still living in Edmond to this day. Growing up I enjoyed the finer, simpler things in life like fishing, camping, cooking and sports.
I have a beautiful wife at home by the name of Ericka who is currently in school full-time studying Speech Pathology. Ericka and I have two children together that also keep us pretty busy. Our son Mark is 3 years old and our daughter Abigail is 8 months. When I am away from work and on my days off I love to spend quality time with my wife and kiddos and also try to visit my extended family as much as possible.
I started my career in restaurants sixteen years ago at the age of 16. I was making pizzas and barbecue at a small diner near my house. My boss at the time made everything from scratch, even our own sausage and pepperoni. It was then that I developed a love for cooking. I soon started waiting tables and worked my way into management and during this time went to school at the University of Central Oklahoma which is also in Edmond. I like to take a more simple approach to restaurant management. Clean rooms, friendly staff and GREAT FOOD!!!!
My goal's for my position here with Cafe do Brasil are to instill a sense of ownership within all employees, so they feel empowered to make the best possible dining experience for all of our guests.

RAFAEL AGUILAR - Kitchen Manager
Born and raised in Guatemala, Rafael has been residing in Oklahoma City for 12 years along with his wife and three children. Rafael was raised in the food industry in Guatemala and after coming to Oklahoma he decided to stay in the industry to perfect his abilities and someday to have his dream restaurant.
Rafael is Ana’s right arm in the kitchen, he is in charge of all aspects in the kitchen: food purchasing , freshness and quality, assures deliveries on time, Kitchen staff training for the restaurant.

Born and raised in Mexico, Vidal came to Oklahoma 8 years ago, with an experience of owning his own restaurant for several years, Vidal has a great experience and knows the value of running a smooth kitchen with high qualified staff.
