Welcome to the Café do Brasil Event Center!
We are happy, and very excited to let you know about our new facility that opened in November 2009, just in time for Holiday Parties. We have already had an abundance of successful parties ranging from Business/Office Parties to our New Year’s Party and other various Business Gatherings that have taken advantage of our audio/visual equipment. We have already scheduled monthly meetings for Book Clubs, Civic Groups and Professional Groups plus several Weddings and Graduation parties to mention just a few of what we have been up to thus far.
At Café do Brasil, Bossa Nova Bar and Café do Brasil Event Center we have a single goal: Each guest's experience must be memorable and unique—whether it is a couple commemorating an anniversary, a family celebrating Grandmother's birthday, Business Seminars, Company Luncheons, Office Parties, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Quinceaneras, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Graduations, Reunions, Church Functions, Funeral Luncheons, Open Houses, Holiday Parties, or Theme Parties and can translate that unique experience into an off-site gathering through Café do Brasil Events and Catering as well.
Throughout the last 15 years, a Chef also Proprietor Ana Davis has built upon a reputation in Oklahoma City by providing savory food and great cultural experience to now being called her extensive family, her new home since she left Brazil.
Our Chef Ana Davis will be happy to meet with you to customize any menu featuring our fresh and innovative Brazilian Cuisine to fit your special occasion whether serving from sit-down dinners to a buffet-style setting, receptions or breakfast with delectable treats all at affordable pricing. We specialize in working our magic at small celebration events and also to orchestrate everything from quiet business dinners to rowdy fiestas for hundred.
At Café do Brasil Events and Catering, we do things a little bit differently—it's not just dropping off food in foil trays, it's about bringing the elegance and festive ambience of the restaurant to your special occasion. Our team of service professionals will attend to every detail: managing the event with culinary creations, an attentive service staff attending to your guests needs, bartenders to hand-shake your favorite caipirinha and even someone to hang your coat.
It all starts with you! What is your vision? Fantasy, aspiration, how many guests and when? There is no set structure when it comes to Cafe do Brasil Events from baby showers to a five (or more!) course chef's tasting menu with expert wine pairings. We can do it all. We build from a thorough understanding of your desires and dreams, weave in the uncompromising quality of our food and service then bring it all to life in an imaginative setting.
With our facility you’ll be able to choose from a small private room with a warm and spirited spot for special meeting or set the right mood for events up to 120 guests with great music and dance floor (Samba anyone? Tango or Disco? Salsa? Silence?) flowers and of course an astonishing variety of appetizers and classic dishes from our Brazilian Cuisine menu.
